Anne-Noëlle Charvillat-Carrez is Partner at Libraliance. As a corporate lawyer she specialises in corporate finance and her practice focuses on assisting entrepreneurs in starting their businesses, financing (structuring financing packages and in particular security packages), shareholder relationships, investment and stakeholdings in businesses, and offers of stakeholdings to management. She assists a broad range of clients who are active in varied service industries, including the food, sport, energy and finance sectors.


Anne-Noëlle was educated at the University of Paris II - Assas, in the Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires program, where she received her Master's degree (Maîtrise) and her post-graduate Master's degree in Corporate and Tax Law (DESS). She obtained her L.L.M. from King's College – London, with concentration in conflicts, commercial and competition law. In 2010 she completed her education with a degree in family office issues affecting entrepreneurs (Diplome d'ingénierie du patrimoine du chef d'entreprise) at the the University of Clermont Ferrand.


She started her career with the Moquet Borde firm (now Paul Hastings) as a litigator, and spent 8 years with Willkie Farr and Gallagher contributing to the development of the firm's core practices, private equity and LBOs. She then spent more than 6 years with DLA Piper where as a corporate and finance Counsel she contributed to the development of the firm in Paris before deciding to join Libraliance as a partner in 2011.

Sonia Hadjadj is Associate at Libraliance where she handles a variety of business law matters. She specialises in commercial and corporate finance law.


Sonia was educated at the University of Paris II - Assas, where she received her Master's degree in Business Law (Master Program 1st year) and then graduated with Honours from the University of Franche-Comte (Master Program, 2nd year in European Business Law).


She started her career with Dalkia, one of the Europe's leading companies in energy and utilities solutions, based in the Dublin office as the sole in-house lawyer. Practicing in Irish and UK law, she was responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including purchase and supply of services, construction and energy projects, IT outsourcing and involved in corporate governance.


She has also gained a significant experience in corporate finance working at DLA Piper Paris.


Sonia is admitted to the Paris Bar and is fluent in French and English.
